The author of this website is an astral projector of an unusual sort. Although, the author firmly believes in the reality of astral projection he just as firmly believes that it has been misrepresented and ill-conceived by both friends and enemies of the phenomenon. This website presents a uniquely conceived view of astral projection. Astral projection is not what it has been claimed to be by the community of "psychics", "mediums", occultists, hypnotists, psychologists and parapsychologists at large. These people, the practitioners and non-practitioners of astral projection, have been blinded by their physically implanted world views. They have been hypnotically induced to accept misleading beliefs that express one-sided physical or pseudo-psychical theories that birth opinions about astral projection that do not fit the facts of that non-physical experience.
Astral projection is more aptly expressed as an out-of-the-physical-universe existence rather than an out-of-body experience. Even here, in this website, it is misleadingly referred to as metaphysical astral projection. What it is IS the experience of a metaphysical alternate parallel-adjacent universal existence. In this case, the precise term is being sacrificed to semantic ease. The phrase out-of-body experience, like the word projection, is deceptive because it conjures up the image of a non-physical body emerging from the physical body and being able to invisibly walk or fly around in the physical universe. If you explore most astral projection websites and literature that is the precise image that tends to be depicted by their words and graphics...AND THEY DO THAT BECAUSE...that is often the perception of the person who is having the experience.
But what has to be asked is, "If there is an astral body, or any other non-physical body, that is able to invisibly emerge from the physical body and perceive the physical world from an out-of-body vantage point, why is that so hard to physically prove?" There are plenty of astral projectors in the world and not one shred of valid physical proof that any of them is able to perceive the physical world from a position within the physical universe while outside their bodies. The simplest experiment can be arranged. Just place the unknown face of a card upside-down on a glass-topped table and get out of your body and look under that table to see the face of that card. Not one projector who has honestly tried that experiment has validly proven to have succeeded at it. The author of this website is no exception to the physical rule and that author is an excellent astral projector. Even the remote viewing experiments performed by subjects trained to remote view the physical universe from an astral viewpoint failed to bring back unquestionable physical evidence of success.

"I remember a time I projected from my physical body and actually took the time to really examine my physical body, the body from which I had just projected. At that time I had read a few books on astral projection and being hypnotized by those books I had taken it for granted that the body I was leaving behind was my physical body. Not this time though. I looked closely at it and was surprised to find it was not my body. It was some kind of simulacrum. What really sealed the deal for me that I was being tricked out was the fact that as I examined the body I realized that I was really examining a person who was lying there pretending to be my physical body. As I realized that, that person then smiled as if having read my mind. Then the person got up and walked out of the room. That experience totally revised what I thought about astral projection. First, I realized that when I "got out" I had not emerged into the physical universe that I was familiar with at all. I was later to discover this new alternate universe was the portal into other parallel and adjacent universes having qualities quite different from the physical universe I had left behind. And as I continued to explore those universes I reached the conclusion that the astral qualities I am experiencing are merely the surface decorations of new universes having the ability to project astral qualities in whatever form they are expected."
It is the belief of the author that what you perceive as your physical body during an astral projection is really a metaphysical symbol of the physical universe. Instead of just getting out of your physical body during an astral projection you have in reality gotten out of the physical universe through a type of built-in wormhole of consciousness that is able to transport your consciousness elsewhere. Of course, you will have the experience of getting out of your physical body into an exterior physical environment. That is because we all have a metaphysical clone of the physical universe in a metaphysical universe that can be experienced with a metaphysical body. It is this metaphysical body that astral projectors call their astral body.

This means that the physical body is a creation of the physical universe meant for the accurate measuring of that universe, and that if any other kind of body could accurately measure it the creation of the physical body would not have been necessary.

It is projected right now from the innerverse in which it exists into the physical universe manifesting as the physical body that you know. This is as projected as the astral body can get INTO the physical universe. If it seeks to project itself outward into the physical universe it gets more physical, materializing more physical flesh through physical incarnation. It projects itself as a physical body to know physical existence because it must function as and thus become a physical body in the physical universe. Astral projection when it is experienced as an out of the physical body existence is when it projects itself AWAY FROM that physical existence to return to the innerverse where it is centered. There it can project itself into other metaphysical universes, or return to the physical universe.
